Davis M Watson started his career as a real estate appraiser while he was a Commercial Banker over 45 years ago. With a strong background in finance, banking, and mortgage lending transactions, his knowledge of consumer motivations along with his experience working in residential & commercial construction and real estate sales, led him to real estate appraising to serve the local market he lives in.
Mandy R Watson began her real estate appraisal career apprenticing in her father’s office. Her college degree in art while living in Silicon Valley, led her to a career spanning from luxury real estate to professional client services. Her experience in business and high-level client management lent to a strong background in buyer motivation, client relationship building and implementing training and leadership programs fostering trust, guidance, and education.
